We ordered a pizza, now you have to pay extra just for the traditional "pan" crust, but what's most aggravating is I... specifically asked for extra cheese and paid almost $3 for it, that's over $5 over advertised price just to get a decentpizza. Well, the pizza barely had any cheese, and on several spots there was only sauce and no cheese at all, is this how youfulfill all your extra toppings orders? This place has gotten lazy. The last 3 times our pizza have been baerly and cheese on them. Mostly sauce. Crust taste nasty and... baerly any toppings. Perfectly fine pizza delivery with tasty chewy bubbly hand tossed crust. I don't get all the complaints on yelp. Was hot and... fast and it's raining so was not waiting an hour and half for another local place. Also less expensive. We got half pepperonisausage olive-half all meat special extra cheese over all. Only complaint no parm or chili packets- so one star off otherwisethis reminds me of beloved Premier pizza we don't have here. Read more
I had a previous issue with finding a bone in my ham pizza because of a mechanical issue with the meat manufacturer. I notified... the store about it and they refunded my order as well as a free pizza. They expertly handled the issue and took care of theircustomer. I cant say ill be ordering the ham anytime soon but i still prefer pizza hut over any other pizza place due to notonly the great pizza but the outstanding customer support. Much thanks Read more
