While Que Concha?s products/foods are delicious and sweet, their catering and communication needs some work. We reached out to... them almost a year before our planned wedding to have them cater. We said we?d pay whatever because they?d be the only dessertthere. We were told yes and then a couple hours later we received a phone call back all of a sudden saying ?no I?m sorry it?snot going to work?. It was confusing and there wasn?t much of a reason. Later that evening we called again to get some moreclarification because it seemed like there was maybe a misunderstanding and sure enough, we were told there was and they onceagain agreed to do the wedding. We were told to stay in contact and weren?t asked to give a deposit immediately because theyneeded to figure out the numbers. A couple months later we tried calling/texting several times to get back in touch to make somesort of deposit but we never got a hold of them. We left text messages and voicemails and still nothing. We waited another monthand finally got a text back response telling us, ?sorry we are booked for that date now. We never got a deposit from you.? Itwas extremely upsetting because we had not had anybody else lined up since we were told they would do it and never got back tous. But we should have known they wouldn?t follow through from the start since they were flaky to begin with. Again, theirproducts are great, but be aware if you try to have them cater. Read more

Really good, cute concha and coffee spot. I was worried their stuff would be too sweet but it was actually nicely balanced. I... picked up a con-coffee (horchata + coffee and a mini concha). I didn't know I'd like it as much as I did. The drink flavor wasnothing like I've ever tried before and is perfect for a warm day. The concha was perfect too and the top didn't crumble muchlike other conchas I've had. Not bad at all for like $5. Read more
