I came in today for a happy hour lunch and sat down at 530. I placed my order and stated happy hour menu items and received my... wrong full menu items? It made no sense. I then clarified what was order to the server/bartender (looked lost on what to do) 14$for a 5$ margarita and such forth for many items. I WAS a regular there unfortunately for my lunch time. After this visit withthe manger Mercedez, who even noticed me as a regular. She chose to continue to keep coming back with words instead ofsolutions. She was continuously over talking me and not listing or doing anything as a manger to address the issue. The customerservice here has came to a poor stand and it lacks very much management and customer service orientated employees. Food anddrinks were not even touched and left on the table. Such a waste because of a poor management decisions and can not honor theirown menu prices or offer a solution to this problem. No problem paying for WHAT I ORDER. First time visiting and so far the Molcajete was delicious. The watermelon tequila cocktail was tasty. The chips and salsa were... a little too Americanized for me but they were ok. Kept playing country music but the service was good. Will try again for sure. Read more
The restaurant and the ambient are very aesthetically pleasing. When you walk in the door, you get a very inviting feeling. The... nachos are very full filing topped with your choice of meat, nothing extraordinary about them. But if you like sauteedvegetables submerged in salsa. With a small side of meat then the molcajete is the dish for you. Tomatoes, Onions, salsa toppedwith meat. The flan is something you might want milk with. I wished the beef tamale had more flavor and the beef didn't taste like it was meat. The beans and rice tasted really good. I... don't remember the plate my husband had, but it was really really good. Chips and salsa was awesome. Great service and staff. Read more
Qué pasa hope all of y?all having an amazing day we?ll got to try this place out and it was delicious from the very attentive... staff who make sure u stay with everything u need to the amazing and very tasty food. growing up in the valley I've eaten a lot of Mexican food a least twice a week. The only thing gourmet about this place is the... price. 20 bucks for a couple tacos on a store bought corn tortilla ISN'T GOURMET. Terrible experience. My boyfriend likes this place so we figured we would go for dinner and drinks. First off took forever to... get service. Ordered food. The server came back and told us they don?t have the appetizer that we ordered. Okay no problem. Thenthe food comes and my order was wrong and the plate wasn?t even hot like sizzling enchiladas sound be. Which made me nervousbecause food that isn?t hot contains bacteria since it has been sitting. My boyfriend goes to eat his dinner and realizes thathis food is cold as well. I got up to tell the nearest server since we couldn?t find ours. They brought back my plate, whichthey just scraped off the top to ?correct my order?. Which I could live with. But I was shook when the server asked my boyfriend?if they could just microwave his plate of cold food.? LOL I was at a loss for words. No that isn?t okay. LOL This food is coldand has been sitting around. If I wanted microwaved food I would?ve stayed home and ate a hot pocket. We didn?t want to make abig deal of things so we ate the food they brought back to us, (after I told the server, no he will not eat the same platemicrowaved). Took forever to get beers. Took forever to get any sides that came with our meals. Then we receive our check. Myboyfriend was so frustrated and wanted to leave that he just handed his card over. We get the check back and they charged usalmost $20 extra dollars for an appetizer that they told us they ran out of. LOL At this point I?m laughing because it?s justridiculous. All we got was a ?ohh sorry we will have to void it and run the card again?. We will not be returning to Que Pasa inVisalia. Should?ve stayed home and ate a hot pocket.
