Terrible service.. Server came once the entire time. They tried to charge us for an extra meal we never ordered. Waited at the... table for 20 minutes for her to show back up. Went to the front and asked for them to take off the meal so we could pay. Theysaid we had to wait for the server at the table. Waited at the table for another 20 minutes for her to show up and take it off.No refills on the fries. Supposed to be happy hour on the drinks they charged us full price. If your looking for over pricedbad mall food with the worst service known. This is definitely your place to eat. Read more

The service was great and the food came quicker than any Red Robin I've ever eaten at, and our hamburgers were very good, cooked... to our specifications!!! Will eat there again when we visit family in Visalia. They have a gluten free hamburger bun, so mydaughter is able to have a hamburger like everyone else. I tried the raspberry tea and liked it a lot. Highly recommend thisplace. Read more

We used to like Red Robin's I feel they are not as great as they used to be. Fries weren't hot food was horrible. Water was... horrendous. I ordered water with my meal the water tasted like a bunch of chemicals in it. And sad part my server knew anddidn't tell me anything until I complained. (If you wouldn't eat or drink it then don't serve it). I ordered the clucks andfries and the chicken strips were horrible tasted like burger King chicken nuggets hard and non flavorful. Ranch couldn't saveit. My kids love cheeseburgers they didn't eat it. And they always eat when we come here. The bottomless fries that were comingout were cold. The pizza was surprisingly good. Unfortunately they were out of a lot of items when we went. No straws, no broccoli, no steamed... carrots and we couldn't have more than one topping on the pizza due to some issue with the oven. The server was friendly but notvery attentive. Probably because they were under staffed and had a pretty big dinner crowd. We had to ask for things such asextra napkins, salt, lime (for my wife's beer) and ranch multiple times. Red Robin is always a great time, I like that they're located in malls but also have their own stand alone resturant. Service... was great like always. They were very busy so some things came out a tad later than others but our waiter was so great we didn'tmind at all. If you've never been to one of these restaurants before I definitely suggest trying it out. There is something foreveryone here. Very diverse menue although I think they specialize in hamburgers. Everything is good here, they also have greatdrinks hear. But don't quote me on that, it really depends on who's making them. Read more
