Would give 0 stars just because the customer service by kristine B!!!. We were treated very poorly right as soon as we walked up... to the cash register i greeted the cashier with a very kindly ?hello good afternoon id like to order for dine in? she proceededto roll her eyes and talk to me very rudely the entire time i was giving her my order. she never made eye contact with me shewould just look around the restaurant and roll her eyes while giving me attitude. I continued to politely give my order and whenit was time to pay my total was $50.19 we handed her a $100 dollar bill she walked away from the register to run the billthrough a machine then a few minutes later she came back to the register and handed the bill back to me and said her machinewould not take my bill so we kindly handed her another bill and had the same issue with that bill as-well according to her thenshe came back insinuating my money was Counterfeit money which i believe was just her acting that way towards us because ibelieve if someone pays with counterfeit money the bill is not returned back and other actions are taken in the act. At last wegave her one more last bill and she finally accepted that one. The way she treated my husband and i since we walked up to theregister and the actions she took when we paid her made us feel so humiliated in front of all the customers and workers present.We then ate very uncomfortable and weren?t able to enjoy our dinner like we had envisioned. Id like to mention that we arehispanic and im not sure if this is a racial issue but the whole time we were at the restaurant every customer that walked indid not seem to be hispanic and they were all greeted and treated very nicely by her. We absolutely love round table and thedelicious recipe and flavor the cooks in this location have which is the reason we always come to this location but we arealways treated very extremely rude by this cashier when she is present. One star , the customer service wasn?t AS bad but it was pretty bad. Did not feel welcoming at all. The condiments on the table... felt crusty with dried up grease and fingerprints. The toppings on my pizza were not even really that cooked and the pizzawasn?t as hot as it should be. Do not recommend going here ! Go to Mooney. Read more
Their pizza is really good and has a lot of flavor. 4 stars are the price is crazy for a large pizza.
The service is so good! I went to there at night and was my first time to order a pizza at Round Table. The lady recommended... very patiently and nice! She made the pizza for me after I told her I am pregnant and I love the pizza which is healthy with alot veggies, meat, and other stuff. I 've never seen so healthy and nice pizza!! thanks!!!! We just got our pizza and wings. Not only was the driver over 30 minutes late but our food was cold and didn?t give us... everything we paid for. Very unprofessional. This used to be the best round table in town. Was a waste of our $80. Get new staffplz. I pray the staff at this place gets it together and treats others the way they want to be treated. If not..u will reap someway or somehow..In the end we are grateful to b able to eat as there are those less fortunate? Read more
You can clearly see that I ordered olives on half the pizza .. they are on 3/4 of it. (I even dbld them) I ordered double... pineapple on the other half. $5.50 in pineapple. No pineapple. Zero, zilch, nada. Pizza was barely warm. I live 2 miles fromthis RT place I am so disappointed with it!. And it was burnt on the edgez. (Use foil around the edges until 1 1/2 minutesbefore you take it from oven. QR code only gives me the number that's underneath the qr code. Very disappointed! And RT useto be the best. Always good pizza. The buffet is always a solid option for me. Sometimes you have to wait for a fresh pizza to drop. If you... don't like to wait or share pizza. Just order your own. I recommend a large pan style King Arthur. Mmmmmm tastey. Read more
Extremely disappointed. I placed an order online today at 4:15pm to be picked up at 5:15pm. I paid for the order online. I... arrived to pick up my pizzas a little past 5:15. Signed receipt at 5:23 and was told it would be another 10 minutes. Approx 23minutes later they ask me for my name because they can't find my order??? After getting some assistance , the cashier finds theorder but tells me another 15 minutes!! I received my pizzas at 6:04pm, almost 2 hours after placing the order. Unacceptable! Read more
