First time ordering here, I asked for no cheese add bacon jalapeño and avocado. The lady at the window was rude and in a rush... with no line in the drive thru. I had asked for a side of ranch and she threw it in my bag and slammed the window. No thank youor have a good day. My burger had cheese with no extra sides I paid for. $1.50 each topping. Tried calling the store but theydon?t take direct calls just customer service. I didn?t get a receipt so I have no proof. Terrible experience. Only thing rightabout my order was the ranch. Read more
It is hit and miss with this particular restaurant. Sometimes the food is good and most it is not. Same with their service,... sometimes it is good and most of the time it is not. Especially when you use the app. You receive a text telling you it isreadybut you are waiting 20mins to receive your order. When you do receive the order the food is not hot like they justprepared it. It is warm, and by the time you get home the food is almost cold. Then when you order customization on your foodmost of the time you don't get what you ordered. I hate that include a tipping option. What am I tipping for? The poorservice? Not getting what you ordered? This is what frustrates me more is that I tipped and I get poor service and there no wayto get it back. The poor service here happens more frequently than when they get it right. I have been to other Habits and Iget great service and my order is right. If you want Habit try elsewhere. I go here maybe once every six to eight months thenI am reminded why I do not eat here. Read more
Great food, drinks and super friendly staff. I forgot something when ordering, and they fixed it for me with a smile on their... faces. Goodness gracious, I wasn't anticipating for the quality of their food to be on this sort of level. For us, it was our first... time trying out this location as a customer and I was greeted with several welcomes from the very eager staff, not having waitlong to ask them for my mobile order once an employee made themselves available. In a minute, I was helped and walking out thedoors in no time with the grub that could be smelt from OUTSIDE the bag. I ordered a simple Double Char Burger with cheese, andit was inexplicably juicy just holding it. You can taste the char and produce was fresh to the tee, leaving a crunch in everybite before sinking into the combined flavors of all things delicious.
