We eat here a lot because we work close by. The manager at this store is AWESOME. But my last two visits he wasn't in and they... didn't honor my request for well done fries both times. This is our spot to go whenever we are craving it while in Visalia.We may not be able to sit inside but always have our spot to... park and eat. Then we always have our little squirrel friends come by for some fries. They are just the cutest. My sons fave arethe chili cheese fries which he calls CHEESE FRIES. Giving it a 1star because the staff working today were rude. Got food around 3:15 to 3:30pm and they appeared friendly, however... they don't talk quietly enough when they are making fun of customers. I personally will never go again. Read more

The chili was cold. Way over filled my fries with a bunch of chilli. Fries where not fresh, but the people there were awesome.
