The food is fine but never expect your food to be ready on time EVER. Iv ordered carry out probably 25 to 30 times and iv had to... stand around and wait for about 15 mins after they tell me it's ready for pickup, EVERY SINGLE TIME. Very poor respect forcustomers time. Read more
Not worth the wait! Zero customer service skills; we were not greeted when e came in nor asked if we could be helped. We went... there on a Saturday evening, with only one other person in the restaurant and were told it would be a 25 minute wait. That'salready too long, but we said ok, and then ended up waiting for over 45 minutes! I had to ask 2 different employees to check onmy order before I got a result. And on top of that, we had ordered it "for here" and they put it in a to-go bag. On my 2previous visits to this location, we were told it would be an hour long wait in an almost empty restaurant. I ordered from here on two occasions, and both were awful. The first time I ordered the 8 piece wing combo and selected for it... to be cooked Well Done, however when I got my food it was very undercooked and I had severe stomach cramps and vomited severaltimes. The second time I ordered the 6 piece boneless combo and again selected for it to be cooked Well Done, but when I startedeating it, I realized the chicken was extremely pink in the center and inedible. When I tried to then eat my cheese fries, theywere also still raw and I ended up profusely sick the following morning. When I called the location and spoke to a manager, Iwas told it was out of their hands and they couldn't do anything about it. Barely an apology or any help to make it right.Manager gave poor excuses and was very rude. I had a great experience being at wingstop, easy menu, good customer service at the cash register. I also reccomend choosing... boneless since i had made the mistake of not telling the cashier. Having the wings boned took me a longer time eating them sinceim not much of a bone fan. Another reccomendation is ordering beforehand because the wait time for the food was pretty long, 30minutes for a 8 pc of chicken wings which is about as long as it took me to eat. Comparing wingstop to other stores is where itgets me. Having my food right out the fryer as I walk out knowing it wasn't just re-heated makes me have more confidence sinceit reassures me that it's not been contaminated compared to just re-heating.
