I always loved Dunkin donuts but it's the first time I am concern with cleanliness and handling of their product.The staff who... was serving my order has food gloves so thats good but before he pick up that donut he was scratching his head with it.I wasreally disgusted instead of ordeing alot I just left with 2 and I didnt eat it.Why cant they just use tongs so they dont have tohandle it by hand.They need to have proper training.I love dunkin but they need to train food safety and etiquette. (Brianna's Customer Service is Lacking, she needs training, patience, or a vacation) I have mixed feelings about this place.... When they first opened the lines were long. The service got faster as time went on. I would stop by for an iced cappuccino afterdropping off my kids at school or when picking them up. For the most part I had no issues. When masks were mandated I thought itwas disgusting when I saw the person handling the donuts had just put her fingers inside her mask to move it up over her nose(she did that twice). I let a manager know and she said they would provide her a better fitting mask (I was fine if they got ridof the mask all together, but whatever). Today I went through the drive through with my kids for a late breakfast. My kids don'tknow the menu so they were trying to figure out what they wanted. The line was not long and there was no car behind me when wearrived, but that didn't stop Brianna from rushing us and sounding annoyed when we asked a question about something on theirmenu. Got to the register and it was another person, she was nice and professional. The food was decent but Brianna's customerservice sucked. Dunkin was fantastic and they open at 4:30 in the morning on a Saturday! Staff was friendly and professional. I love their cold... brews and stuff bagel minis. Best thing is that their coffee sizes are true to size. I got a medium cold brew and it was a goodsize and great price $3.00. Not like some place where they charge you more and call their small drinks medium. I was verypleased with Dinkins hours, friendly service, prices and sizes of their drinks and love those stuff bagel minis! Read more
2 stars for the employees because they were nice ,but when I asked for a cup of water , I got a cup of salt water ?!!! Reallly ?... The harsh browns came out over fried and after tried 1, I can totally tasted the burnt from the harsh brown . Do not order harshbrown because they said it supposed to be like that . OH WAIT ,AND WATER TOO. Donut was normal, you could get better Donutsomewhere else. Read more
This was our first visit to Dunkin' Donuts in Vista as we had previously been to the El Cajon branch. We were most pleasantly... pleased to see the selection of Munchkins was larger here. Picked ourselves up a bucket of Munchkins, and a dozen donutstoo....lots of family to share with. Read more
I used to enjoy coming to this spot very much but I don?t know what?s going on recently that has changed. Every drink I get is... made so poorly? is it just a bunch of new hires? Who?s training them because it?s been an about a month now that I?ve gottenreally poorly made drinks.
