Called in the girl was terrible at taking my order did not read me back my order or even tell me when it will be ready and when... I got there my order was wrong and they had to fix it the employees at this locartion seem to always show they dont care or putlittle to no effort into their customer service and it was slow. I've been to Epic wings over 100 times but it was my first time eating at this location. The staff were nice but the fries were... disgust. They put cold shredded cheese on cardboard fries that must have been at least several days old. I was so disappointed,I could even eat them, I had to throw it away. Read more

Epic fail for us. I get that we ordered fast food wings but we had a terrible experience. Food was cold - wings were dry and... tough and the bread sticks were soggy.
