Came to this location at 2AM to see "STORE CLOSED" written on a sheet of paper taped on the drive thru window right next to the... plaque that says the drive thru is open 24 hours... I mean I get it, someone can't come in and there's only 2 people on shiftand it's 2AM, but please update your hours as I have seen this is a recurring issue. Read more
Ahhhh, Jack in The Box. I like J-Bo, they got a good thing going, their ranch is good, their spicy sauce is VERY good! (Try... putting Curly fries on your Jumbo Jack w/Cheese and smother it with their spicy sauce, you won't regret it) However...Burgerpresentation has its ups and downs, one minute you're getting a commercial presentation then the next visit it looks likesomeone put your order in a bag, went out back, took their anger out on it and came back with a friendly smile and sent you onyour way. -Needs steady consistency- Aside from their other options such as the Chicken sandwhich/burgers it's drier than thewater reservoir on a 2008 Nissan Altima that some parent gave to their out of control daughter. -Needs work, no more dried outChicken- Overall they get 4 stars, but keep it up Jack in The Box you got a good thing going. Fast and courteous service early in the morning (5-6am). I was also pleasantly surprised that the dining area inside opened up... at 5am. I would recommend this place if you needed an early meal quickly. Edit: I got to the drive-thru at roughly 3:14am inorder to try and beat them closing. After waiting a few minutes, and saying "hello" in the speaker a few times, I was finallytold they were closed. I asked about the sign for their hours (they should close at 3:30am) but was told the sign was wrong andthat they haven't updated it yet. I asked what time they close and she said 3am. Mind you, I tried the previous day but gotthere about 5 minutes before the supposed closing time (3:25am-ish) and was told they were closed and figured I'd give them apass. Having posted hours for I don't know how long and be "wrong" is unacceptable, especially when you look online and the timereflects what is posted. I know, "first world problems", but how hard is it to update times? Please update your scheduledclosing times so other people don't waste their time trying to get here before you "close". Read more
Always pretty quick service. Place is clean and employees are friendly enough. Order is always correct.
This is my go to Jack in the box. The drive thru is fast and friendly and my order is correct. I wish they would bring back the... military discount.. The bacon cheese tots are pretty good. Read more
