Another horrible experience here. We decided to give this place another chance after about a year of boycotting it due to poor... food quality. Unfortunately our experience this time was even worse. Placed an order on the sonic website for pickup. Whenthe lady brought our food out to us, it was someone else's order. When I told her, she apologized and went back inside andgrabbed our order. When we got home, we realized my chicken sandwich and my son's juice were missing from the order. I wentback to the store and waited about 5-6 min before someone finally answered the drive up speaker. I explained the situation tothem. They were apologetic and promptly brought out my missing food.... The exact same sandwich I ordered over 30 min ago atthis point. I asked for a fresh sandwich and was told it would be a 20-30 min wait due to them being busy. I reluctantlyaccepted the original sandwich and drink, and left. When I got home, I bit I to my cold sandwich and noticed that the bun wasmoldy. That was the final straw. I grabbed our food, drove back yet again and demanded a refund for the order. Completelyunacceptable quality and service yet again. I'm done with this place. ???? Read more
**Check your food before you eat it** Will definitely not be returning to this location. Ordered the breakfast sandwich combo... for my 9 year old and after a couple bites I hear a nervous, "Mooooooom....." and a gag from the back seat. I turn around to seethe sandwich he just ate had MOLD all the way through the bread! I asked for a manager or shift lead and while she wasapologetic and offered to refund the order and make him a new sandwich, they didn't even follow through on that. The originalcar hop (not the individual who promised the order be refunded) came back with some cash and when I looked at the receipt Irealized they refunded a bogo sandwich, not the meal we paid for. It wasn't even the cost of the sandwich that was ordered ifyou excluded the meal! Very disappointed and do NOT recommend this Sonic. Better to make the drive to San Marcos. Read more
Haven't been to Sonic in years thought I'd try it out tonight. I ordered a #1 cheeseburger no onion with tots and a root beer.... Burger came with onion and one bite had a hard griddle in it. Root beer was clear like the syrup was off needless to say can'tdrink it. Also ordered a chili cheese coney. It's looks pretty sad and the chili tasted burnt and old. I worked at Sonic when Iwas 14 in a small town in Kansas and I remember it tasting so much better then this. Disappointed :( Read more
We went for 2 cherry limeades and a blue raspberry slush and they were awful. The cherry limeade was not what I?m used too. It... was flat, tasted bad. We actually threw them away. The blue raspberry slush had too much blue raspberry stuff and it was justbad. We decided to drive to the other Sonic in San Marcos. Everything taste better there. Until the sonic Vista location startslearning how to make drinks, I will never go back. Read more
