I know it?s early but if you say you open at five it would be nice if you were actually open. Got there slightly before and... waited for them to unlock the door. At 5:05 no one had unlock the door and no one was answering at the drive-through so I left.I don?t really want to be up this early either but I thought I could count on Starbucks to get me my caffeine fix to get my daygoing. The indoor staff are so overwhelmed that the cashier just left my panni to sit by the register instead of toasting it. When I... got to the register the cashier was also packing up to go orders. I was expected to order while he distractedly working on otherthings. It's weird to watch so many staff there and still can't allow staff to deal with incoming customers. Super annoying. Read more
$6 coffee or coffee at home for a few dimes I think I make better cofee at home and for the price of a few dimes in a hard... plastic Starbucks cup so people think I paid six bucks when really it was 40 cents or so I know how to take care of my moneygetting better a lot better not going to you're expensive bougie place for it Read more
I regularly (1-3 times a week) go to Starbucks to do work for a few hours. This was my second time doing my work at this... Starbucks and it was bad. There were 6 people behind the bar but only two of them were actually working. The other four spenttime talking very loudly and doing small tasks every couple of minutes then went back to talking. Meanwhile, all the tables weresticky and dirty. There was trash on the floor and no one came out behind the bar to clean any of it (And I was there for 5hours total between the two times I was there.) I ordered a dragon fruit lemonade. He said oh the pink drink. I repeated the dragon fruit one. I heard my name and the drink... was wrong. I said this is not my drink. A worker said that?s not yours. I said oh I?m sorry I heard Dawn. 10 mins later I sawmy tea. With that drink. I said what is that he said rhe pink drink. I said I asked for a dragonfruit lemonade. Then I got alesson in how to order this drink. It?s a refresher. I stated at the other store they called it a dragon fruit drink. He againlectured me. I did get my drink I ordered. Sat down had the food box I ordered then tasted the tea. Yeah no vanilla on top. Starbucks itself is always great. Staff very friendly! My fav local spot. However, the customers don't know how to behave or... understand basic street laws for the drive through. Today, an impatient and rude lady almost hit the truck in front of herbecause she doesn't understand basic street laws. Another impatient and rude lady almost side swipe my car for the same reason.Its not hard folks. Starbucks should implement a better drive thru rule so its not so chaotic. People were gonna fight and asgreat as the coffee is..not worth the hassle. Read more
I don?t normally review Starbucks, because they?re well?Starbucks. They?re all the same right? But honestly the Starbucks was... different than any I?ve been to, very much a hipster vibe with the decorating. Everybody seemed nice and I got my drink prettyfast too, wifi was good and it?s a really good spot for solo studying/work. Maybe not the best for a big group of friendsmeeting. No outdoor seating. Gentlemen working there was extremely rude . stuck his head out the window and was telling me what the policy is on a drink. I... was simply curious and wanted to know why it?s an extra charge on this location for a drink i always buy. I simply just neededclarification.
