This place used to be a great spot to get a sandwich after shopping at Home Depot. Last two visits, there was either NO bread,... or no marinara sauce, no respect for veterans, drink machine had no ice or Diet Coke. Lazy servers who don?t care about customerservice. What a disappointment. The owner should do something about the quality of service. Read more
Horrible, No flat bread (AGAIN) only one kind of cheese, drink cooler empty, soda machine not working. Blonde heavy set girl... behind the counter in red shirt didn't ask me if I wanted a combo, didn't ask me if I wanted my sandwich heated. Worst service I?ve had at a subway chain. Guy couldn?t finish one ladies order that was in front of me before trying to start... mine. It took 10 mins just to get a six inch sub. Store also had no napkins and no bags, hardly any chips and small amount ofbottled beverages. Never will come back to this location. Perfect subs up the street 10000% better Read more
Incorrect business hours. I came to the store on a Thursday 8 am, and it was closed.
Worst customer service the guy looks like he is high on something because he can't even finish making a sub and the girl with... the blonde hair just keeps going to the back when the line is super long. At the end we didn't get a sub and waisted our lunchbreak. Read more
Rude employees on the day shift. Kelly was the only competent employee, Please give her a raise. She's exceptional, great... customer service skills, friendly and helpful! Store was clean, Organized and Stocked. The rest of the staff can definitely usesome more training in customer service. The young man at the register tossed my receipt and wasn't able to reprint it, then gaveit to me out of the trash after I asked for it. The other two ladies were very rude and dismissive.
