Quite possibly the slowest, fast food place around...over 20 minutes to get food...and not that busy.
ALOT of people throw shade on Taco Bell BUT?.... The only problem with their drive thru is the waiting times, some times youre... waiting there for 5mins and other times you can catch the bus back to your house to take a dump amd catch the bus back to grabyour food but it varies like most places except Chik-Fil-A. Chick-Fil-A has their drive thru set on turbo mode, we'll go intothat later. ANYWAYS, the food isn't too bad if you're in the mood for American taco night where you just throw meat, water andpre packaged taco seasoning in your pan. Overall, I give it a 3 star ONLY because the drive thru wait times and the lifespan oftheir soft tacos (you don't eat them within 5 mins it becomes really doughy.) Read more
Went here at just after 12:00 noon. Sign on side window says "Dine in open, Come on in." Both doors are locked. No sign... explaining the reason at the door. Covid is no longer an excuse for closing your dining room. It's been over 2 years. You'reshort on employees? Well, hire more. The message this sends to me is, You don't want my business. They were nice but im guessing understaffed. Got the wrong order and when I got the right one I wasn't given anything else and... was in line longer than usual so I just wanted to leave and eat my lunch. Wasn't handed my drink. Again polite but possiblyunderstaffed. I can't go get my drink because I wasn't given a receipt either ???? Read more
I went inside with my friend today for a late lunch. And Michael helped ring me up; he was able to pinpoint the options that... were in my budget. And the meal was on point and rly hot. It was ready in 3.5 minutes. Usually I expect subpar service fromT-Bell, except they went above and beyond. Give Michael a raise ???? Read more
They are still getting orders wrong. Thought I would try this location by work again. Ordered the chalupa box, missing the... little desserts, no burrito, two plain tacos and some kind of cheddar chalupa not the regular one. I don?t know what is going onthere but don?t waste your money! Read more
My first time here. The Nachos bell is very delicious, the chips is very crunchy and fresh pico de gallo. The drive-thru service... is bad. The person in the drive-thru is rude. Say hello and the person never answer me. I give my order, I said " thank you verymuch" and he did not answer and closed the window.... Read more
I normally try to not rate fast food restaurants because the experience varies so much based on location and staffing but this... one was one of the worst. While I was placing my dine in order, they experienced a bit of a rush. Their solution? Lock thedining room doors even though it wasn't closing time. Even with them locking the door it still took about 15 minutes for my 3item order to be ready. Super uncomfortable to be sitting there eating a quick meal when numerous people walk up to the doorsand try to get in while the doors are locked. All I could do was shrug ???????.
