Every time I go they say my order will be ready in 15 min, I go In 20 min later to see if it's ready and they say 5 more... minutes, I go in again and I see them looking around for a copy of my receipt and then say my order will be ready in 25 min now.it's been more then a couple of times this happens and it's always during the night shifts it's some short guy wearing glassesand some other guy with colorful hair. Literally screw this place. They lie about the wait time and don?t cook the food in order. we?ve been here 40 Minutes. No way.... Don?t waste your time with this place. So we order right, the lady?s nice but super unprofessional. The other order taker is chewing gum & has headphones in We ask how... long it?s going to take & she tells us 15-20 minutes. It?s been 50 & 20 minuets ago we asked again he said the wings would beout in 5. Still nothing?s showed up. Ordered well done fries and when picked up my order they were soggy and undercooked. I called to complain only to be cursed at... by some punk kid who would not give me his name and hung up on me. I will be calling corporate and management. Some of the staffhere is very rude and unprofessional and always using vulgar language when I'm in there will not be visiting this locationagain. Read more
