Small business here, ordered a box of joe and many other things like a dozen donuts, bacon, hash browns, etc. for my roofers. I... also ordered a Charlee with two shots of espresso on the side. They ended up adding it, no biggie. I asked them to please put iton the side I was met with attitude after attitude. When the new Charlee and espressos were shoved in my face they ask "is thatit"? I said um no you still haven't given me the dozen donuts. The fumes coming out of their ears... sheeesh. I was spending $70bucks with them. Yup ill stop at the other ones if ever out this way again.
