Small business here, ordered a box of joe and many other things like a dozen donuts, bacon, hash browns, etc. for my roofers. I... also ordered a Charlee with two shots of espresso on the side. They ended up adding it, no biggie. I asked them to please put iton the side I was met with attitude after attitude. When the new Charlee and espressos were shoved in my face they ask "is thatit"? I said um no you still haven't given me the dozen donuts. The fumes coming out of their ears... sheeesh. I was spending $70bucks with them. Yup ill stop at the other ones if ever out this way again. What is the point of ordering ahead and still when you get there to pick up the order you?re still waiting another five minutes.... Then the staff does not Acknowledge you. It?s like they make you feel that you have inconvenienced them for placing a pick uporder. Read more
Rude and absolutely slow. 4 cars ahead of us and it took 20 minutes to get a baccon egg and cheese bagel. Had to repeat our... order 6 separate times. The guy taking our order being blatantly ignorant and slow. She asked at the window when I pull up if I want to try a signature late. Key word late, which is why she doesn?t even have to... ask hot or cold. I agree to a late and tell her which I would like and also a donut. I was the only one in line and there wasnext to no one inside and they still couldn?t get my order right. It was a cold coffee without a straw (I hate when fast foodplaces forget that with a drink) and the most stale donut I?ve had from any Dunkin? in my life and I cannot believe they areselling donuts this completely dry. If you have time to lean you have time to clean as I saw another employee just chillinbehind the counter as I waited for my wake up wrap to be reheated in the microwave. They randomly closed the inside this morning which is fine but there was no sign on the door saying that so I did not know and... the girl working was very rude to me. She asked me if I had a mobile pick up and I replied no and then she snapped at me andsaid I need to go to the drive thru. She also rolled her eyes at me.
