Check your bank receipts, starbucks app, and receipts to make sure the amounts match! My app said that a $5 tip was added after... I had already paid for my purchase. An hour later my receipt and bank did not match. According to the manager their system wasupdated to do credit card tipping. Whether it was a system error or clerical error it is not necessary to pay a big tip onalready overpriced goods. Read more

I went to this location twice and both times my order was wrong. I ordered a Frappuccino off of the app. The first time they... gave me a hot macchiato and the second time the gave me an iced macchiato. Read more

Typical Starbucks but my issue is we got iced coffee drinks and there was a solid inch of just ice on top. Feels like a ripoff.

The coffee is excellent but there is one barista, who today was dressed in like a maid uniform, who is very bitter, ignores... customer requests. This morning, like every morning I ordered a Vente drink and she gave me a short straw. I tried to get herattention and I had to beep on my car horn like 10 times until she acknowledged me. I asked for the different straw and sheslammed the window.... I stop at this place 5/7 mornings a week to get my coffee but it seems I need to find a different one...Ipay for my drink and/or food..... Read more

Didn't have a long wait when I went which was nice. Drink was good. Could have been a little more helpful when I said I had an... account but no card. I eventually found on my phone but with no help or care from the employee. Read more

We sat in the drive through for 15 minutes and we were the first in line. 1 person making drinks and atleast 2 other employees... working the drive through on their phones. I don't hate phones on the job. You definitely deserve to get a break and check yourphone quick. But 15 minutes in a drive through and no one could help this one poor employee make the drinks?
