Great customer service from every staff I've encountered at this location.
I'm a frequent flier at this Dunkin'! The coffee is hot, the orders are right but most of all I appreciate the unfailingly... friendly, upbeat staff. It really does make a difference when people seem genuinely happy to interact with you, even for the 5minutes that it takes to complete a coffee order. :) Read more
This is the only Dunkin? in the area that I?ll go to. They make the coffees good, they actually toast bagels and they are... friendly! So happy I randomly stopped in one time, now I drive out of the way to go rather than the Dunkins in Norwich that areterrible. Read more

My wife and I used to always go to the DD further down the road from me. They had great, friendly employees that always gave... courteous service and endeavored to ALWAYS get your order correct and make you happy, but this particular DD went away down hilland lost many many of their great employees, mostly due to supervisor/management failures. This other DD is even closer to myhome and their overall service has, so far, been exemplary. I pray the issues that plagued the old DD never consume this newerDD. Read more
Cost more to refill small DD travel mug then it does for a small coffee?? Online states the store opens at 4:00 A.M. not today... the gal that was working was standing in front of the front doors smoking a cigg. And complaining to the woman working at thegas station about how there lucky she's there. After she walked back inside at 4:05 I drove around to the drive thru box where Iwaited for an additional 4 minutes, when I proceeded to the window I watched the gal walk in the back to grab her till. Sheplaced it on the counter and opened the window and let me know there not supposed to be open until 4:30 but haven't changed thehours yet. So I replied so you open up at 4:00?? She then asked well what do you want, so I asked for a large hot 8 cream 3sugars, and a refill 3 creams 3 sugars. When I got home with the coffees neither one of them had sugar inside. # come on DD. Staff is usually friendly and they don't mess up my coffee though occasionally it does happen. Do not expect to sit down in here... unless they just cleaned. It usually has crumbs all over the place and isn't cleaned until the end of their shift/start of a newshift. Read more
The staff is awesome people but the coffee just is not good unless certain people are working and they don?t work often. I?ve... just started driving the extra length to the Dunkin in the town over because I?m sick of spending almost 4 dollars in somethingI won?t like. Especially since the increase in swirl price my fiancé has also started just going town over too. I was told theissue Is the flavoring pumps have gotten smaller and this is why the coffee is always bitter even when I order extra flavoringbut any other Dunkin when I order the extra it taste exactly like I asked for. I worked at Dunkin for years as a teenager I knowexactly how I like my coffee.
