Do NOT come here! It?s not working! And the manager can NOT do anything to make pumps work?
I don?t like having to give such a non positive review but I just have to let my family of drivers know what to expect? Couldn?t... do mobile fueling, window cleaning buckets filled with filthy water no cleaner at all. And the showers were long waits for adisgusting shower, they didn?t clean it well at all just look at the pictures. Very little hot water and little to nopressure. Come on Pilot y?all can do better than that!! Try and find people that want to work! I get it, that?s the hard partpeople don?t wanna work no more. Read more

Stopped to park, if you reserve make sure to go get your tag. Shower was disgusting. No hot water/no water pressure laundry room... disgusting. I stop at a lot of pilots but this one ranks at the bottom. Read more
Stopped by this awesome gas station for a quick fill up and a bite to eat and gotta say I was impressed. Friendly employees and... clean store. They had plenty of showers available when I stopped by and restrooms were clean. Subway stays open all night incase you need grab something to eat in the middle of the night. Super impressed with this location. Read more
Try to hit this location on every trip down to Laredo. Clean store, and restroom. Friendly employees, and the taco truck next... door has the best asada tacos. Read more
Very nice set up to go in the desiel pumps, I love that is easy way in and out that is a huge plus so there is no need to be... doing long turns just to get out. Place is small but is has more stuff then most Pilot Travel Centers. Bathroom need somecleaning but it's nothing to go crazy for. Showers are not the best but they do the work. Unlike that you can find parkingspaces even at 2am. The parking is nice and comfortable to park. Inside you can find a Subway if your in the mood for asandwich. Over all not bad. Read more
Worst pilot I have been to. Staff is disrespectful, inside of store is filthy. Half the customers that come here are from... across the boarder and can't read English Pilot should be ashamed to even let this rat hole carry there brand name. Mexicansdoing there 30 min in fuel lane and management just let's it happen ... Oh yeah and let us not forget that 98% of the time allof the card readers at the fuel pumps are broken Read more
