This location is pretty good. The employees are friendly and the store looks nice. Service is generally quick. However, it is... busy and some annoying mistakes happen. For example, today was the second time that we placed an order for curbside and waitedfor fifteen minutes before giving up, going in, and finding our cold food waiting for us in the pick up area. No quality control in this location anymore. Twice now I have found that my sandwich did not have the extra pickles I requested,... once the sandwich & fries were badly overcooked, and my salad, which is not a cheap item, was half full of lettuce and theamount of chicken in it was shamefully small compared to every other salad I have ever had at a Chick Fil - A. This Chick-fil-A location is one of the worst locations I've been to. We ordered our food and it was made very poorly. The... chicken nuggets weren't breaded very well or cooked crispy how we asked for them. The French fries were undercooked and soggyeven though we asked for them to be crispy as well. My grilled chicken sandwich was cold as ice. While I waited for the newsandwich, some of the women employees were making comments about my description of the sandwich like the mask hid their voices.They only took my sandwich back and microwaved it instead of making me a new one. Also, the customer service after ordering theorder was horrible. After I received my sandwich, I went and sat down to eat. The employees stood there, laughed, and talkedabout the whole situation while my family and I sat in the dining room and ate what was edible. Chick-fil-A needs betterstandards on food quality and employees. I didn't even try to return it because I was so disgusted after the way the employeesconducted themselves when I came up about the cold sandwich.
