My children and I had a beautiful and warm experience today at the Chipotle in Voorhees. Our hostess Shay was helpful, kind and... very personable in her approach to deliver exceptional client service. Thanks Shay and team! Our food was fresh, hot and tastyto the last bite. For this we are grateful. The experience was well worth the money. Overall, well done team and definitely aninspirational and impressive way to set yourself apart from any competition. First the sicklerville location now this one. I swear zombies work for chipotle . Walked in and waited 5 mins and absolute... crickets at the front counter. Guy doing online orders comes to fill up the rice in the front. looks dead at me and goes back tohis little corner. Manager clocked out so quick and ran out the door. Another woman comes back from Her break and looks at meand just continues on to the back. So to top it off the chick doing chips again just sees me out the corner of her eyes andkeeps doing her thing????like are you kidding me. And btw the store was empty????customer service here is complete TRASH! Read more

Cash registers not working so forced to order online, then the order doesn't show up (after waiting 20 mins) so have to... literally write what we ordered on a piece of paper and then wait again. Still waiting. How is this ok? Read more

The floor manager carla & some staff need much more education/training on proper communication with customers. A group of boys... walked in to Order food and the waitstaff just turned their backs and continued to do mobile orders for at least 3-4 minutesignoring them. Unfortunately they didn?t see the sign Carla posted on the bottom of the hand sanitizer dispenser stating thatthey?re short staffed and only taking mobile orders. I told the staff the sign is in a terrible place customers can?t see it soone of the young ladies tried to move it to a more visible spot (the door) and Carla yelled and told them to put it back on thehand sanitizer dispenser. I've only been to a handful of Chipotle's. Upon entering we were greeted by the employee working the front. He was super polite... and welcoming to me and my wife. My wife's first time at this establishment, she was unsure about some of the food options.However, the server was super helpful and easy going. The food was great, and we were highly satisfied. We really appreciatedthis particular staff member and wanted him to be recognized solely for the purpose of this review. Thanks Anthony!!! Read more

Really bad experience. They made my burrito too large to wrap. I go sit down to eat it and it's literally falling apart. I... bring it to the counter and am told that they can't make me a new one bc I ate half of it...that was a lie. Then I'm told thatit's my responsibility to tell them that it's too much while they're making because they are "losing money" by making me a newburrito. That's not my problem, that's yours. Maybe you should train your workers better...I understand, mistakes happen butto put the responsibility on the customer is not how you run a business. You're offering a service, the service was shoddy...fixit, don't blame the customer and tell your employees, lying isn't the solution either. Read more

Corporate needs to come and shut this place down. Waited for an hour for my food for it to be thrown into the bag and mixed with... pork, which I'm not allowed to eat. If you have any food allergies stay away from this place they cross contaminate everythingwithout a care. I have no idea how this restaurant has been getting away with selling unsafe food with such poor quality for solong without the state being involved. My food wasn't even covered all the way which caused food to spill into the bag. Thisstore needs some new management asap or it won't last another 2 years. Adding the name Chipotle on a store isn't all it takes torun Chipotle. What's a Chipotle if they don't uphold the Corporate foundation that's made them such a successful business? Read more

Wow Chipotle...just wow. I don't know what's going on with this company but they are completely ripping people off and price... gouging the items on the menu. Not to mention their idea of a bag of chips is not even half full! Seriously! Not to mention myguac was brown and old. I will be contacting corporate. This company is going downhill. Such a shame. I started going toChipotle when I lived in California and always loved them, now they're just another pinche` low class nothing special chain. Read more
