The power of attraction is definitely at work when I met the two most amazing women at this Dunkin Donuts. Natalie and Ita were... gracious in the way they served us. They made recommendations, they even sweetened the deal by adding peanuts butter to my jellydonuts, and added that I can add Nutella as well to the extras. Thanks so much! The conversations and the helpfulness of theseduos is worth mentioning and is definitely memorable. Natalie should be promoted to the team that comes up with food ideas forthe brand. She is extremely creative and it is natural for her. Leadership should really have a conversation with her and learnabout her culinary skills an brilliant food ideas for donuts. Was taken care of quickly in the drive-thru line. The food was tasty and hot. I drink tea which was hot and nicely sugared.
Staying at a local hotel on a weekend getaway with my family. Not a fan of continental breakfast so decided to get Dunkin. The... coffee was horribly burnt, the croissant was stale. But the donuts tasted fresh. Read more
I know everywhere workers are short staffed. But That?s why you work with a team and get the job done. I go to this Dunkin... because it?s the closest to my work. However, this Dunkin is a mess. When I get donuts, the majority of the time they?re stale.I get surprised when I get a good batch. I really think they let them sit out for days. I also feel like sometimes they don?tcheck to make sure the cream/milk is good. Ive gotten coffees and it made me feel sick. Another thing is, don?t say you?re ?opento the public? when your customers are literally sitting outside knocking on the windows for you to open the door. I?ve justtried to go in as there were people inside and the doors were locked. The people inside couldn?t even get out. The girls saythey open at 7:30. But I?ve been sitting outside since 7:30 and I stay waiting until 7:40 when someone is trying to leave. Candefinitely do better. Read more
Free coffee for the month of March 2022: Monday Wednesday and Friday before 10am! Super quick service, extremely friendly... staff, and they even have a mascot! Coffee was made just right and the donuts were super fresh at 930am. Very clean inside andthe bathrooms are well cleaned. Read more
Honestly it really doesn't surprise me that there are so many bad reviews. I am appalled at the poor attitude of practically... everyone works here. They rarely get anything right, they serve stale donuts and less than appetizingly prepared food. Today Iordered 2 donuts--which they only had 2 different flavors available--they were dry and stale and just tossed into the bagupside-down. No tissue--no napkins. The little bit of chocolate was all stuck to the bottom of the bag. And it's Valentine'sDay. Such a disappointment. Why do I even go here. Read more
I like the idea that you can drop in for a quick breakfast sandwich and cup of coffee and be on your way in less then 5 minutes.... The coffee is delicious. The sandwiches are great for a quick bite. Prices are very fair. The people who work there areexcellent employees...very service oriented & friendly. Read more
