Jersey Mike?s was definitely fresh when I visited the store, but that?s half of it, it?s also who makes the sandwich that can... make or break the sandwich. Today I was served by Mgr Kylie and she was working by herself and with the phone ringing, makingsandwiches she knocked out of the ballpark with my 2 different giant sandwiches. The time I was there total 6 customers she?sserving and with my 2 sandwiches were made with such speed and accuracy was on point nothing suffered. I got my first hoagie there today and I won?t go back. The girl put too much oil and vinegar on it and it soaked thru. I had to... throw half of it away since it was too soggy. The two girls at the counter could be in a better mood. They need to smilemore. The male cuts the bread, the first female puts the hoagie together and the other female wraps it up to go. Never walked into a hoagie shop and was treated like I was weird all because I asked for an American hoagie, first time for... everything I guess, that was my experience getting a sub from this Jersey Mikes at this location. The employee looked boggled,said she never heard of an American Hoagie Truth is you work in a business that makes hoagies. Worst sandwich/hoagie I?ve had in a long time. First let me start with I did an online order. We made sure to read the... descriptions carefully and did not make any modifications. This was the first time my husband and I had tried Jersey Mikes andwe will NOT be back. He ordered the big kahuna Philly cheese steak with beef? we got chicken?. He wanted to trying the originalItalian? it had MY bacon from my sandwich on it and the bottom of the roll was soaking wet. I ordered the Turkey club? obviouslyit was missing the bacon as that was in my husband?s Italian. The bottom of my hoagie was soaked and absolutely ruined mysandwich. 100% do not recommend and will not be back. Read more
