I tend to workout later in the evening so I tend to get out of the gy by 9 pm. I normally go to chipotle but they were all... closed at the time. I decided to go to Panch & the service I got was amazing. All of the employees have great attitudes andwelcomed me in even though it was 9:50 and they close at 10. I thought they closed later, because the hours on the door say 11 pm. But I arrived at 9:05 pm and found out they closed at... 9:00 pm. That's fine, I understand. But the girl who was inside mopping was ignoring me on purpose. Finally she looked up,and I pointed at my order which was sitting on the to-go cart. She picked it up and brought it out to me. I apologized andasked for clarification on the hours. She said "it's been the same since covid." The manner in which she said it was with a lotof negative attitude towards me. I was disappointed at that. I also work in retail, and have had to tell customers that we wereclosed, but I never give attitude like that. My mistake was honest, and I apologized. I did not give her any attitude on mypart. This isn't the first time that I've noticed poor customer service and attitude from the workers at this location. They have fresh press tortillas which are really good. I first ordered 4 tacos, but forgot to take a picture of them, and they... were just okay. The steak left you longing for more flavor and the tortillas can only take them so far. I was still hungryafter so I got a quesadilla and some chips and queso. The queso is bomb. I would of give the place a 4, maybe even 5, star if Iwas just rating the queso. I will definitely be back but really wish the steak was at least as good as Chipotle?s. Read more
