Came to this location at 12pm to get a simple chicken sandwich, not only was the sandwich alone $9, but it was smaller than a... dollar McChicken from McDonald's. The two pieces of chicken were drier than the desert like they had been sitting under heatlamps since 8am and whatever sauce they put on (I asked for mayo, it wasnt) tasted and smelled like 3 day old crabs. royal farmsis terrible, every location. I stopped to grab a bite to eat on my way to work. I tried to use two different self checkout registers, neither would work.... There were three employees watching me and refused to check me out. I was told to use the self checkout. When I explained thatneither of them were working I was told to try again, so I left. Unfortunately, customer service is why Royal Farms isstruggling because the food is actually really good. Read more
Few weeks ago I stopped by to get coffee and fries... the worker inside told me they where out of fries and chicken.... ok guess... it didn't get delivered... I proceeded to get coffee... to my surprise every milk I touched curled... so I got a cup of black nleft. Today I stopped by to get some gas. Every pump had a cone next to it with exception of 1 next to a some teenage boycounting cash. As I pulled up he says... sorry we're closed... and to my respond that isn't this a 24hr service station hesays.... we close at 10. However this was 7:55pm? I arrived around 11:30pm to grab a quick bite to eat since I missed breakfast and lunch and it was well past dinner time. I used... their kiosk to order their Rofo Box of 3 chicken tenders, wedges and a biscuit. I walked around the store to see if there wasanything else I wanted and settled on doughnuts. The Krispy Kreme box was almost empty. The associate called over to me andtold me there were no wedges, their western fries. He offered mashed potatoes or Mac and cheese. I didn?t want either. I wantedfries. I took the mashed potato?s instead. I paid for my items and when I went back to the counter I grabbed my food and askedif they had gravy. He explained there was none and began to tell me how they didn?t leave him with anything today. That?s when Inoticed all the food pans empty. Noticing the disappointment on my face he suddenly found some gravy. The food was barely warm.The mashed potatoes were not worth the price the chicken tenders were tough. Disappointed. Managers here treat their employees poorly. I cannot shop at a place that does not value their employees. Do better!!
