I don?t know what?s going on, but I have stopped at this Burger King 3 times! Each time the burgers are still hot, they are put... together with care not just slapped together and it taste like Burger King did 15 years ago! Whatever this location is doing, isworking. Very Dirty, definitely could use some TLC.. I almost fell several times in their lobby due to what we thought was their " wet... floors", but they were still" wet" after eating my Jr.whopper... Nope... It was the grease on the floor from probably usingdirty mop water that had been used in the grill area then in the lobby and even in women's bathroom! Come on Manager's, INSTEADof cleaning off those trays, DO SOMETHING TO CLEAN UP YOUR STORE... HAVE ALITTLE PRIDE IN YOUR WORK BEFORE YOU HAVE NO STORE/JOB AT ALL OR SOMEONE GETS REALLY SICK OR FALLS!! RANT OVER, SORRY BUT WILL NOT GO BACK UNTIL CLEANED ?!! Read more
The worst Burger King I have ever been to. The store was filthy and the bathroom unstocked. Stood at the front counter 15... minutes for a medium order of fries that tasted like they were cooked a couple hours earlier. The staff were rude and I wastreated like I was a huge inconvenience for them. The only reason I tolerated the wait was because my blood sugar was droppingand I needed something. They don't have to worry about me ever returning here. Read more
Love the place definitely a great place to go with the kids. Only reason it lost a star is cause there seems like there is some... tension between days and nights and it appears the switch happens about 5pm so the atmosphere gets really stiff. I want to know how long my double cheeseburger sat there in the restaurant! It was cold & dry, meat was curled up on the edge as... if it was sitting there since the previous day! It was totally inedible & ended up in the trash! Do better Burger King!!!! Read more
It's about 3:30pm, I placed an order online and pulled up to get the food. The lady at the window was nice, +1 star. The food... came quickly which was nice, +1 star. The - 3 stars comes from the quality of my whopper. It was dry, curled up and tastedterrible. I would assume it was there for quite some time before serving it to me. I love the flame broiled whopper taste, butthis just didn't make the cut. Read more
I was traveling from Houston texas to winona lake indiana and stopped in here for dinner around 9pm or so. The entire crew was... GREAT! Natasha was fantastic. They had a good time while they worked hard and did cleanup. I would totally come back here again Read more
