Went through drive through and ordered 2 hamburgers and small coke. When I opened the first hamburger it had so much ketchup on... the outside of the bun it was a total mess. I ended up tossing it back in the bag. The other one did not have the ketchupmess, but the bun was stale and hard. I will never stop at this McDonald's again. It is just amazing to me how terrible theworkers must be to make a burger in such a hurry/mess they would actually send that out to a customer. Read more
Coke tasted flat... never had a bad coke at a McDonald's in my life until today. Last visit to this location, I sat in the... drive-thru for 5 minutes with 2 cars in front of me only to be told by their delivery driver that they didn't have enough staffto open the restaurant. Read more
Ordered a Dr.Pepper. Got what looked like tea. Asked for a new one. Was missing a fry. Was told to pull forward. Waited 10... minutes for a new "tea"! (Carbon) Dr.Pepper wasn't changed. My missing fry was half full. Had pickle on my sandwich that wastagged "no pickle." My husband ordered a double quarter pounder and got a single. Ugh!!! Read more
Took my students here last week on our way to camp- and the person working short changed both my students several dollars.... Thankfully they noticed but it seemed very suspicious and the worker didn?t seem not at all surprised when confronted, like shewas expecting it. It was just disappointing and these kids don?t deserve that. Read more
I don?t normally eat at McDonalds more than once per week but the cheeseburgers have been so good that I?ve eaten here 3 times... in the last week! Service was fast & accurate, they remembered to leave off the pickles & mustard. Got the $3 bundle: doublecheeseburger & fries, food was hot & delicious!! Absurd. This patty is the thinnest burger patty I have seen. I was blown away with this. It couldn't weigh any more than 1/2 an... ounce. I was eating this big Mac and after a couple bites I realized there was little to no burger taste. I am very dissatisfiedand sorely disappointed with McDonald's product quality at this point. I included pictures comparing it to the bun and a pieceof bacon, the party is so very thin. McDonald's makes a ton of money and this feels like a slap in the consumers face , pleasedo something about this! Read more
Used the kiosk to order, food was out quickly and was hot. I had also ordered 2 chocolate chip cookies and they said they would... bring them out separately. After awhile I ended up going to the register and asking for them. Over all, this specific McDonaldsis much better than the other one on North Baldwin Ave. Read more
