I am giving it four stars because of service. The food was excellent I will give it that. However, the waitress we had seemed to... not want to serve us. She was quite rude, always going to the other tables more than ours and acting like we don't exist. Theolder gentleman was very nice though and came to check on us. Thank you for that, to the waitress who acted rude to us you weregonna get $25 tip but instead you got $8. To the older gentleman I wish we could of tipped you. Read more
The food was great and the waitstaff was very sweet. The only down fall was the hostess. She was extremely rude from the moment... we walked in and I went to go get forks and napkins she rolled her eyes when I asked her for some. Went in to BJ's on Wednesday October 5 for a burger. I wasn't too hungry and i figured small sliders would do it. Food was Soo... good by the time I remembered to take a picture, i was allready halfway done! Will definitely come back again soon! Read more
We are always happy to dine at BJ's; great food and excellent service. Timbrel is a fantastic Waitress, and she is always happy... and treats all her guests with great respect. Normally when we come to BJ's we have a pleasant experience, however today was definitely one that has made us change our mind... about coming here. Our waitress was Brittany A. We were seated and ordered our drinks and appetizers. We received them but didnot get napkins or utensils so we asked the waitress for some. She said she would bring them but then proceeded to sweep thefloors in the booths across from us. We finished our appetizers and still did not receive napkins. We asked another waiter fornapkins and they brought us paper towels from the bathroom. We ended up using baby wipes instead. Our food arrived after a 45minutes wait and it was cold. The veggies looked like they had been sitting for a while and were soggy. We asked for refills ondrinks and did not receive them. My mom went up to the bar with her glass in order to get more soda. We tried to order dessertsbut couldn't find our waitress for over 15 mins so we asked another waitress and she said she would have to find our waitressand continued to look for her. This matter was discussed with the manager and the response was "what do you want me to do?" Definitely disappointed in this experience. Read more
The nachos that we ordered as an appetizer were huge! Great for sharing or it could have been a meal by itself. The pasta that... we ordered was also a generous portion amd very good. Also, loved that they gave me a to go soda as we were leaving. Read more
Really nice place to eat. Everything was good. The service was A+++ Lots of craft beer! I recommand.
Complete disappointment. Two different terrible experiences a month apart. Thought I’d give them the benefit of the doubt when... served a raw chicken sandwich and give it another chance by ordering something different. This time the mahi tacos had one verytiny piece of fish each and filled to the top with slaw. The tortilla had a very odd taste as well. The managers resolution wasto serve a third taco again full of cabbage and one very tiny piece of fish and discount the tacos to 50%. None of the meal waseaten didn’t even touch the third identical taco. Not a great resolution from the management team. Even the server who wasextremely professional and kind throughout the experience was disappointed in the managers response. Read more
