Poor quality and they overcharged me!! I went for breakfast today and ordered the 2 for $4 and a 2 for $5 and I spent... $11.91?that doesn?t add up!! Then the food was wrong they gave me 4 single sandwiches instead of 2 singles and 2 doubles. Ladyat the window wasn?t very friendly and wore a red do rag on her head instead of proper uniform. The food always cold. It's not good when it's cold. I go to the one on New Road and it's always fresh and a better taste.
Rudest staff. Took the kids here and was planning on getting them a treat. We went to the play room to put our stuff down & the... kids took off their shoes so I decided to wait to order. Then we went up front to use the restroom before ordering & the lady inthe lobby asked rudely if I was planning on ordering anything or not. Like first off there is absolutely zero reason to be thatrude. 2nd off you have no idea I could have already gone through the drive through. 3rd there wasnt a rule saying we couldn'tplay unless we ordered first. I decided after the restroom we were leaving without purchasing a thing. The restroom wasdisgusting and the floors in the playroom were not clean. Worry about your job and not about being rude to people. I clearly hadmy hands full having kids with me & didn't need the added aggravation. I went in because the drive-thru was long. I proceeded to order two sausage croissants and after I ordered they said they were... out of sausage that they had to get it off the truck it was there so I asked if I could change my order to something else andthey did. I changed it for some french toast sticks but they were also out of syrup. Needless to say I asked for a refund andwound up going elsewhere. The next problem was the cook was not wearing any gloves with scratching his head and rubbing hishands all over his shirt did not once wash his hands I'm sorry but I will not be returning to this location that is justdisgusting. We waited in the dining room for order to be taken for 15 minutes and whenever I asked the man if he was going to take her order... he just said he would be with us shortly but with his attitude he had no intention of serving anyone in the dining-in line. Theywere more focused on tending to the people in the Drive-Thru that they would not even bother taking the orders for the diningcustomers. I hope this is localized to this store only because if I get this kind of service from the other Burger Kings I willboycott Burger King Read more
The restaurant was very clean, the food was okay,because the cheese jalapeños where cold in the center. Also the cheese burger... was dry very little veggies and the bun was bigger than the meat. Read more
