Thie chicken is great, mildly seasoned and cooked to perfection. The ocra is fantastic and their coleslaw is to die for. Best... chicken joint I've been to in years. Family operated with a very friendly and customer oriented staff ans the service isfantastic. All of this can be easily observed by the long line at the drive through that also moves quickly and efficiently. Nowthat I've found this particular restaurant I will not go anywhere else for a good delicious chicken dinner. Definitely all ofthe 5 stars I gave it and a double AA++!!! Read more
Had a very bad experience with them, don't want to go into full detail needless to say that the manager said she was owner amd... that she refusing service to me because I was mad on charging me by the item and not for the meal when all I ask was how muchextra is it to make my fries a large ill probably will not be going back but I don't quite know yet Read more

This is the second time in 7 days. that thier employees did't pay attention to what I just told them about my order and had to... repeat myself. At 6:35 Feb 25 2022 I ordered 2 one piece meals with a coke light ice. Why did they keep repeating 4 piecetenders . Then the portion size was a little bit of fries. That I am paying 6$something for. They need to quit talking and payattention. If I could link the picture I would. Went there a couple of days ago and their white worker took my order andmoney. Me and my brother waited 20 minutes . he tried to say he gave us our order and we drove off and came back in a differentcar. I asked the manager if their security cameras worked and she said yes. I said it will show he is lying. He was about to getassaulted for trying to rob me. I would have waited to get arrested and sued. If they didn't give me my money or food. Read more
The chicken was alright. I ordered a 6 tender meal and a 4 tender meal. I paid more for the 6 tender meal opened both boxes and... the 4 tender meal had more tenders than four. Y'all are ripping people off when they order a 6 tender meal. Read more
I have never gone to a restaurant and ever wanted to have the biggest dying urge to get out of my vehicle and put hands on a... fast food employee/worker until TODAY. The dolled up Mexican lady with the blond hair pinned up in a bun SHOULD GET put throughsome customer service classes or never work on customer service ever!! While I was being asked what I NEEDED and answered hershe kept looking at me like I was the most DISGUSTING thing on this planet and when she came back with my order she handed it tome with a ATTITUDE and man the look on her face made me want to CORRECT it. I asked for seasoning she got a attitude and made mefeel like I was a bother came out with two PACKETS and never in my life have I ever been handed TWO I get it's policy but no oneever sticks to it. I asked really just TWO and she answered back with a again ATTITUDE that made me want to HIT HER. She goesyes two per meal ma'am and walks away into the store and rudely says have a good day after rolling her eyes. IDK WHO THIS LADYIS BUT SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED BEFORE SHE GETS HIT by someone else!! The staff at this Bush's USED to be so friendly and helpful! Today, I was waited on a middle-aged woman I'd never seen there... before. She was sour and unsmiling and very rude. I had written my order down to be helpful, but she still got something wrongand then acted like it was my fault and she was very "put out." Next time, I'm going to try the Bush's in China Spring, hopingfor much better customer service! Read more
