We had a party of 3 adults and 3 children for Father's Day dinner. We sat inside, on a provided bench. They had a chalk board... hanging above the bench. The chalk board fell on my fathers head. Knocking over a vase full of water and roses. The water fromthe vase went all down his back. Told the server which apologized. She then brought over the manager that also apologized. Hedid bring my father a towel to dry off with. He said he would make it right. Used the ladies restroom. The restroom was dirtyand there was water all the floor. Dinner was okay. I ordered the smokehouse burger, medium well. It was burnt and dry. Itlooked good, tasted horrible. Kids' alfredo was flavorless. This restaurant has some of the best customer service I have experienced! The food is amazing, and the drinks are even better!... Our server/ bartender Ashley was absolutely fabulous in taking care of us today; even while busy she still managed to take careof us! Got there tonight had a 30-35 minute wait. That?s fine. People came in behind us. Got seated first a bigger table. We only had... 3. Sat down waitress finally came over took our drink orders. Came back with those and rolls. Said the dish washer was backed upso she would bring napkins and silverware. She didn?t. Had to ask for them 5 months later when she came back. Waited for a hourfor our food. Had a potpie with fries,spicy chicken strips with fries, and a steak with fries. She finally says after we havewaited forever it?s coming out soon. Then came back and said what?s wrong? I said we have been here for a hour no food. She saidoh yeah I?ll go check on it. Guys brings it places it on the table. Everything all three dinners were stone cold. They didn?tapologize just said are you sure I just pulled it? I am holding my steak in my hand because it?s so cold. My mom stuck herfinger in her potpie. He then said oh I?ll take your steak and bring you a new one and some fresh fries for the other two. Theirentire meals were cold.
