Food is exactly meh and orders are often wrong. Normally when a place is busy, it happens. But the problem I recognize is that... the managers and supervisors are always standing around doing nothing every time I come in. And when I used to work there, theywould stand around doing nothing and tell me to work harder. Today I placed a mobile order on my phone to be picked up in the drive-thru. Ordered a Beverage and regular chicken sandwich. ... No problems getting through the line, everyone very friendly as usual at this restaurant. Food came out quick. Because Ireceived my sandwich before I could exit the line I opened it and noticed the chicken was burnt and charred on one side. As Igot up to the window I requested that I exchange my charred sandwich for another one. A very friendly young man handed it tosomeone working inside the window so they could observe the burnt sandwich. Their expressions seemed to question why I wantedanother sandwich but I did get another sandwich and it was handed to me by a very nice young man. Drove away with my newsandwich and started eating it before I left the parking lot and I tell you that I?ve never had such a dry, old tasting crumblybread chicken sandwich from Chick-fil-A, ever! I took two bites and didn?t eat anymore. Seriously wondering if it wassomething left over from the day before. I want to say that this restaurant is usually top notch amazing.
