We went after a football game. We were 3 parties so we went in to order for take-out. The employees ignored us, talking to each... other about the doors not being locked. Finally a manager quickly told us lobby was closed at 9. It was 9:15. Perhaps lockingthe doors and a noticeable sign on the door may help avoid this problem in the future. I have a large family and we order anywhere from $80-$100 worth of food every Saturday night. Usually, in this order I also pay... for the bottles of sauces the last two Saturdays I didn?t get my bottles of sauces I didn?t make a big deal about it because Ididn?t realize it until I got home. This Saturday I decided not to order the bottle of sauces being that they owed me forbottles technically. When they brought my food out take a price close to $70 I explain the situation the young lady got hermanager who came over to the car and I explain the situation to him he made me dig through the bags to see if they put samplecondiments in the bag which they had not. needless to say, Chick-fil-A will no longer be getting my business each week that?s$400 a month down the drain simply because the manager couldn?t spare a couple of bottles of condiments that I had already paidfor and did not receive. Of course the food is still the best fast, and the service is good, but I am generally disappointed in the dining experience.... The new layout feels old, booths gone and uncomfortable chairs and tables shoved in. Playground hasn't been open in 3 years,with no timetable for return. Feels crowded and cramped. Apparently it's a corporate thing! Anyway, I think the one downtown hasa better space. If you're driving through, no problem. Read more
Wonderful experience with friendly, helpful staff. Tried to go to the website to take the survey, but could not get the website... to let me put in the serial number it asked for. The sandwich was wonderful, and the cold root beer was just what I needed onthis 102 degree day! Read more
Oh honey, it?s worth sitting int the fast moving line for. Smiling faces greet you, repeat your order. Another awesome employee... is there in line to hand your receipt to you. Next employee, still polite and smiles, gives you your order and wishes you anawesome day! Just look around, not a Chick-fil-a without the longest line around. The food is great. I?ll be back! This morning when I went I order with a young think her name is coco (she was sweet) I ordered a meal when I got to the window... they asked for my card because he said the girl was suppose to charge me for my coffee which I asked for a shot off coffee therest with ICE since it was suppose to be a meal I thought it wouldn?t be problem. The guy didn?t get his name went to tell hismanager. THE MANAGER ROLLED HIS EYES TWISTED HIS NECK & walked off if he doesn?t like his job maybe he needs to look for anotherone. So at this point I?m running late for work my food done got cold from waiting I just said can I have my stuff I?m runninglate for work.
