Trash store. Currently still sitting in the store, and the store is absolutely trashed. No clean tables and trash all over the... floor. When we first walked in the music was so loud over the speakers I couldn?t even hear my boyfriend. Finally we got up toorder and my boyfriend said hello to the girl making the food, and she completely ignored him, though she looked at him. Shealso, was so sloppy and inconsistent with her scoops, salsa falling into other food items, and just no regard for what we weresaying, as she just going so fast yet we were the only ones there. My food had two missing items because I asked for thingstwice, and she still never added them so I just gave up. The meat was little to none on our meals? what are we paying $35+dollars for?.rice?? This place was dirty in the dining area. The fountain drink area looks as if it had not been clean all day. The meat which was... suppose to be beef was so fatty it was not eatable. I took it back to the worker and told them and he acted like it was no bigdeal and stated that their meat is always like that. Needless to say, we will never go back to this place. Read more
As a third party independent contractor.. I was quite upset today when I had two orders to pick up. One of them was sitting... there ready which was awesome. The other one I did not see and asked about, only to be met with blank stares.. or just beingcompletely ignored all together. So I ended up waiting over 10 minutes while my first order sat there and got cold. I keptasking about my order while I watched everybody else's orders come out the back. And I'm talking about order after order. Howcome mine wasn't done in a timely fashion? I was there at least 15 minutes before my order finally appeared. This was horriblecustomer service. I can't even call it customer service because nobody would talk back to me. I was just met with stares and Iwas just unsure of if they even heard me? Or did they just not care? Either way I hope I don't have to come back to this storetoday or ever really. I do not appreciate being ignored. And I'm sure my customer did not appreciate getting cold food that hadbeen sitting there for 15 minutes not to mention the 10 minutes that it took for me to get the food to the customer. Iunderstand that I'm a delivery driver and not a walk-in customer but I am still a person and deserve to be answered andacknowledged. Read more
While waiting in line to.order, the cleaning person proceeded to use the same towel on a number of tables wiping beans, salsa,... rice and others without once cleaning the towel in between. So the tops of the tables are smeared with food glaze. Then rightafter that, she stepped in the food area and swept the floors and proceeded to help with food packaging without washing herhands ...Superb!! Read more
The bowl wasn't filled and the food was cold. The burrito was decent though. Service was at a decent pace I just think that day... was a bad one for them or those employees weren't into it. I'd eat there again if I'm in the area. Read more
