Sunday afternoon at 5pm. No wait to get seated. Server wasn't good. Thought the restaurant would be crowded this time of day.... It wasn't. The tea was wonderful, the service was great and my brother and sister-in-law had chicken strips. They said they were very... good. My mom and I got chicken fried steak that was not good. My parents recently went to this establishment and both ordered chicken and dumplings. My mother ordered mac and cheese as a... side and the picture is what she ended up with. If you have ever had chicken and dumpling and they are served in a bowl then youknow nothing else goes into the bowl. Whoever thought this was ok needs to be retrained. Always feels like coming home for some comfort food! After eating here you're ready to relax and take a load off that's for... sure. Nice shop with some pretty unique items you wouldn't think to shop for. Old nostalgic antiques everywhere you can see.Cater to a Time much simpler than today and you can find the candies to prove it.
