This is a terrible location. Delivery was 2 miles from this location but arrived 45 minutes late. Pizza was dried out and looked... like it was made hours earlier. Save yourself the frustration and order somewhere else. ZER0 STARS Read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered for delivery and it said 65-75 minutes which was fine. However, my pizza was... prepared over an hour before it ever left the store. I called twice and was told that was not the correct time and it was notsitting there. When it was delivered, the girl said it was just prepared. Nope. It was cold and horrible. By that time, it was8pm. I should have been refunded my money. It is not good treatment of a customer and should have been remade. Poor customerservice! Read more

Love this Domino's!! The parking lot isn't the greatest design but that's alright. Food is always hot and fresh and delicious

I am so sorry to say this, but this location is truly challenged. This latest experience is not the first bad experience, but... will have to be the last attempt. Placed an order at 6:00PM on a Wednesday, we are not talking busy Friday night. The trackerstated it is being "quality checked" at 06:46 by Antonio. Driver arrives in our neighborhood at 7:58. I understand most foodplaces are short staffed, but seriously, 2 hours for a cold pizza that was not even correct. After specifically pulling off theonions when placing the order, it was covered with onions. If you don't like onions, you understand how that flavor willpermeate everything if onions are cooked into the food. GROSS. This site needs some definite help. I even called at 7:15 tosee about cancelling the order and the guy told me it would be right out. My own fault for ordering delivery, I understand, butwith hubby fresh out of the hospital, we just wanted something simple and delivered. While everyone is having trouble hiringpeople, I notice Marcos and Pappa Johns have quite a few delivery people on the road constantly. I would assume there is achallenge with the franchisee or management that makes it harder for them to keep employees. Avoid this location until theyhire people. Read more

This has been a constant issue and has only got worse. 90min wait, when online said 30mins. Ordered 2 specialty pizzas, got 2... cold, 2 toppings, completely wrong. Driver didn't say anything, tried calling, after 15mins hung up. Guess everyone else ishaving the same issue and trying to find out where their food is too. Read more

We ordered a thin crust pizza from this location which is clearly burnt but they refused to issue a refund because 1 small... square was taken out that we attempted to eat but it is burnt!!! Bad business Domino?s. No wonder you have a 2.3 rating at thislocation. To add insult to injury, the store manager argued that all the thin crust pizzas like this come burnt. It clearlystates on the box; if you aren?t satisfied with your order we?ll make it right. What do you have to say Domino?s? I will becontacting corporate and all over less than $20. Bad management practices, bad judgement. Read more

I wish I could give this location zero stars but it?s not possible. It took over an hour for my pizza to arrive. When it got... here. There was no cheese or sauce in the middle of our pizza. The tracking said that it was delivered so I called and the kidtold me that they only have one driver and have to mark orders delivered in order to pile more work on their driver. He was verydismissive and was trying to rush me off the phone. This location needs new management ASAP or they need to close. I will not beordering from them again. Looks like it will be Marcos from here on out. Wanted to add that we are trying to eat the pizza andit is pretty doughy. It is severely under cooked. It also falls apart when we try to pull a piece off. Read more

I ordered 3 pizzas on the Domino's app for delivery at 5:23pm. The pizzas arrived at 6pm. One of the pizzas was an HAM, olive,... and pepper. The label (pictured) was correct, but there was not a single scrap of ham. On the phone, the manager (Sarah) saidit would be over 2 hours before a correct pizza could be cooked, because, "FIRST COME FIRST SERVED." I'm sorry, but if a pizzais ordered and the MAJOR meat ingredient is missing, that pizza should be next in the oven, and the replacement fixed. To betold I could not have the pizza I ordered at 5:23 until 8PM because "first come first served" was disappointing. If I can'ttrust Dominos to deliver my family's dinner that I paid for before my kid's bedtimes... In addition, one of the other pizza'swas marked "Piecut" on the box, but was square cut... that alone wouldn't be a big deal, and I wouldn't have complained aboutsomething like or expected a refund/replacement. But the fact that they messed up straightforward issues on TWO of threepizzas... Domino's Disappoints. This Domino's pizza needs better management, and better customer service. I may eventuallyventure to test them again, but for now I'm putting slices of deli ham on my pizza, because I'm too hungry to wait 2 morehours... Read more
