We came here over the weekend. They have a drive through but we went inside. You order at the counter then they yell your number... when your food is ready and you go and grab it. The service was a little slow but they were friendly. The food is cheap andit?s very casual. The spaghetti and meatballs were pretty good and the fettuccini Alfredo was very bland. The breadsticks andpizza were okay and I liked the pumpkin cheesecake. They said it comes with caramel sauce but they didn?t give us any, it wasgood without it but I would have liked it. I always enjoy this place, I wish we had one close to my house. If we see one while traveling we will always choose it. This one... didn?t let us down except for the bathrooms. Normally they are very clean, but this one was filthy and in disrepair. Might bebecause it is right off the freeway. Great food selection, great value and great tasting food. Always a good choice. Baked lasagna was good but we wouldn?t say it to be fresh Italian. Chicken Carbonara was plenty served but wished the Alfredo... was cheesy. Breadsticks were similar to Olive Garden but softer. All in all for the price you pay it was decent enough for afast food establishment. The place is remodeled as of our visit. Read more
I was really looking forward to eating here, but the food turned out to be really bland and I would say the chicken for the... chicken parm was frozen chicken patties. The place was old and outdated. The door to the female restroom did not close all theway and toilets seats were old and faded. Giving 3 stars for their prices and the mozzarella skewers and breadsticks. Those werevery yummy!! It?s cheap and it?s good. I?m annoyed they charged me 0.50 for extra sauce but then didn?t give me extra sauce. It left the... pasta really dry and bland, so I only ate the half with sauce. I paid almost $10 for half a portion. Bummer. Read more
I really like Fazoli's. I wish they had a location in the DFW area. If I am going to be in Waco or passing through I always... try to plan on being there around lunch or dinner so I can go to Fazoli's. I had the oven baked classic sampler which had bakedspaghetti, baked fettucine alfredo and lasagna. Everything had very good flavor. I think Fazoli's has better pasta dishesthan Olive Garden or the average local Italian restaurant. They definitely have the best breadsticks. I don't know if theydouse them in butter but whatever they are doing makes them taste amazing. They have great prices and the food is servedpromptly. The reason they don't get five stars at this location is that you can barely tell they are still in business when youwalk in. The place could use a remodel and just a general tidying up and refresh.
