Had to leave one star because that was as low as I could. There was an issue with the food, which is fine. It happens. Manager... was shown. No big deal. A waitress (not even the one who waited on us) stood behind us, decided to make comments since we talkedto the manager. She said "why would you even come here if you don't like the food" I was unsure if she was referring to us ornot. Then she says "its usually xxx people " I could not clearly hear if she said white or black. Either way, it wasinappropriate. Will definitely NOT return here. There was NO reason for her comments. The place is ok but the food was good. Server was great, did not get his name tho. Coffee lady attentive with a smile. The thing... is...I have no business eating that late, smdh!!! Didn't get a fork, avocado was old, returned it and 2nd try was worse. Burger was ordered plain, had to be remade. ... Hashbrowns overcooked, fries undercooked. Totally unacceptable, we won't be back. Waitress was awesome, and agreed that itwas awful. These cooks truly do not care. Read more

I went to this IHOP a few months back; however, after looking at the prices and what was available, I decided to go somewhere... else. I had read a good review and decided to give it another try. It was a terrible mistake! I did not read the ingredientsfor the Colorado omelette, and I was sorely disappointed! But that was only the beginning. When I read the menu, it statedthe omelette came with three pancakes and hashbrowns. I was charged the price of breakfast for the omelette, chargedadditionally for the pancakes, and did not get any hashbrowns. In the future, I will trust my first instinct. Read more
I hardly come to this IHOP in Waco and it was good. The food was good and service was ok. I feel like the server didn?t care... much about trying to go a little above and beyond.I asked for fresh strawberries instead of the glazed strawberries cuz I try toavoid sugars but anyways right away I got a NO! But yes I know I can be a bit complicated but I am also a very good tipper cuz iknow what it is to be a server. I needed something but didn?t want to ask for more .
