I will say that customer service is a dying art. I ordered my food through the app. Went to curbside to pick it up (app didn?t... work) and went in. Said my name got the order went to work. I noticed my desert missing. I called and spoke with Brandy. Sheapologized profusely and explained she would refund it back to my card. I said thank you but, not only did she refund thedesert, she dropped one off at my work when she took her delivery. I ordered a pastrami sandwich h today, 8/8/22. This was the worse pastrami I have ever had from anywhere. The bread was... straight out of the package, they didn't even try and warm it up. The mustard and mayo was barely noticeable, cheese notmelted and pastrami wasn't even warm. I don't live far from them.
