Store was incredibly dirty, and one of the employees had two children running amok, so sitting down to enjoy my food wasn't an... option due to them being all over the store and them having multiple tables with various items on them. In addition, thislocation seem to be not as clean as other locations. The bathroom was out of soap, and the trash looked as if it hadn't beenchanged in days. This will certainly deter me from any trip to Jimmy John's in the near future. Read more
My husband went in to order, came home and both orders were completely wrong. I called twice to see if they could do anything... about it or at least refund us. She denied with attitude, and when I asked to speak to a manager, all she said was I?m not themanager with extreme attitude. She was very rude, and hung up. $34 down the drain and as long as she is working there we will nolonger be return to that location which is such a shame as we are very good customers. Read more
I was feeling pretty hungry so I ordered delivery really late, not knowing that the store closed in 30 minutes... the delivery... driver (11PM, 10/30/22) was a very kind and understanding gentleman with a firm handshake and excellent service.
