Eating out anywhere in Waco is gonna be taboo, customer service is always terrible and the food quality will be terrible its a... 50/50 chance it will be good and I get its fast food which I don't eat as much but when I do I end up regretting it. There were several employees and it seemed like a manager. They had just had a rush so we had to wait 10 min the cashier said.... Everyone seemed stuck on slow motion. I watched the manager doing prep, get money for a cashier, then go straight back toprepping dough without washing his hands. Money is dirty. My order was given out before the woman ahead of me who had onlyordered 1 pizza verses my 2. Also there were so many orders up and no one really moving with much enthusiasm. The more the storefilled up with customers the more anxiety I was feeling. Wish I would have gone to another restaurant but the prices are low.Low prices should never indicate a lack of cleanliness. They gave away my kids pizza, had to wait for remake. Then gave away cheesy bread while we waiting. Ended up waiting 30 minutes... for 1 cheese pizza and 1 order of cheesy bread while watching 10 other customers came and went. Hot and ready my foot. Read more
