Make sure if you're paying with a card to double check your transaction amounts over the next couple days!...The currier stole... from me by adding her own tip to the purchase!!....I never got the phone to sign for my order nor a reciept to sign, she justhurried up and handed me my food and walked off like she was in a hurry...she was trying to leave so fast that one on the baghooks missed my whole hand."I gues because she knew she was about to steal from me she didn't want me to remember what she looklike hence why she was moving so fast." My order was placed on a Thursday and was updated 2 days later on Saturday. I'm guessingthe lady that brought my order(black hair, had on a blue shirt with white writing on the back and white shorts) Thursday evening@10:30pm was hoping that I wouldn't notice; but, I get updates about the transactions on my account for these types ofreasons!!...had the lady gave me the option to tip I may would have, as tips are supposed to be at the customer's discretion;however, this lady decided to just take what she wanted, which is basically stealing! I will never pay with a card for apurchase here again as my trust is lost!!...This location just seems to be getting worse with customer service as this is notthe first incident i've had had with them but decided to post this one because now they're stealing from their customer's and Iwant everyone to be aware!!... My pizza was supposed to be ready by 6:33 pm. It was almost 7:00 pm before they brought out my order. They have 2 curbside spots... and they were full so I parked right beside the 2 curbside spots. Easily in plain view of the worker behind the counter. If Iwasn't crippled I would have went in and got my pizza. I drove 22 miles to get the pizza now the 22 miles back home and thepizza is cold. Always had a great experience until today. We live in CS school district but our address is Valley Mills which causes us to be... out of their map range. They have always delivered anyways no issue. Tonight I explained the situation the guy that answered thephone he says oh yeah we do that all the time I just need my manager to override it, puts me on hold, comes back and says hismanager won?t let him.
