RaShuan was the manager there and took very good care of me and my family. This was my first experience at this restaurant and... it was a extremely pleasant experience. The food was great, the service was great. And the most important was the bathrooms wereclean and up kept.. I will definitely be coming back. Arrived on a busy Sunday afternoon and I noticed employee Raushon with a red polo working really hard and organizing the orders.... Best mcalister's I have ever been to.. The gentleman which I believe was the manager Rashod was very kind and very polite, he... walked us out and was able to open the door for us to walk through with our stroller. DO NOT EAT HERE!! We love McAlisters and eat at them all the time. We stopped at the one in Waco on our way home to Fort Worth.... We decided to do a To-Go order so we could eat in the car and keep driving. 45 minutes later we FINALLY got our food. 3 cryingkids in the car, very frustrated adults. We ordered 3 turkey toasties for the kids and none of them even had turkey on them. Itwas straight cheese and bread. Which should take all of five minutes to make. I went back inside to get that fixed and it tookanother 15 minutes. So an hour total!!! Obviously, not what we were expecting or we would have never made our kids wait throughthat. We can?t have our time back but we would appreciate our money back. 4 out of the 5 sandwiches were Incorrect. The kidsmeals didn?t even have the cookie. Literally, the only thing that was right and good were the prepackaged chips. All this tosay?.NEVER eat at the McAlisters in Waco. It is NOT worth your time. Update: They haven't stopped committing crimes against croissants (see photo). Forgot the au jus sauce. Put uncooked broccoli in... the kids meal broccoli and cheese. They truly don't care anymore lol please stop letting macho man randy savage make mysandwich No veggies on first order, barely any fruit in cup. Tried again weeks later still got smashed croissants. I love McAllister?s but I will NEVER eat from this one again! Today I ordered a bread bowl with my soup and the bowl was MOLDED!... On the top, side, and bottom! Whoever prepared my order definitely knew it was molded it was impossible to miss. I would give 0stars if I could. Read more
We were hesitant because of the reviews, but decided to give it a chance. We were impressed with the quality and quantity of... food, everything was fresh and delicious. The staff was friendly, courteous, and helpful. The general manager was checking oncustomers satisfaction. It was a great overall experience love McAllister's. Further, the place was so clean.
