The inconsistency at this location is getting to be exhausting. The last 3 times I have ordered The Veggie sandwich it comes out... looking like it was pulled out of the garbage. Fortunately, the previous times I was dining in, so I had it remade andmiraculously it looked and tasted great. Why was that so hard the first time? When made properly, it is fantastic. Today I hadto get my sandwich on the go, opened the box, and was extremely frustrated at what I saw. I had even requested extra peppers andonions. I think I will have to figure out how to make this at home at this point, because this sorry excuse for a sandwich isn'tworth my money. Read more
Had gluten free bread for sandwiches and the kids enjoyed theirs. I had a spud which was dry and had no butter which is a major... no-no in the south. Butter makes it better! LOTS of tables were dirty when we came in and they tried to keep up but it didn'twork. Read more
I had an order delivered the other day. The food was indeed good. However, I did not get all the ingredients I ordered with my... nachos. I likewise ordered a slice of Godiva Double Chocolate Cheesecake. I didn't eat it, however, as it was passed theexpiration date! And..............what is with all the hidden fees?? I paid a $3.99 delivery charge, a $3.77 convenience fee, a$0.35 service fee, and a $0.34 procurement fee. I highly doubt I will be ordering from or eating at the McAlister's Deli onHewitt Drive at any point in the near future. Read more
While my sandwich is delicious I just wanna know why there was paper in both halves of it
Really sad that McAlisters seems to be going down hill. This is a place we have always frequented but recently it has been very... disappointing. Not only are the meals coming out wrong, but they look sad. Ordered Ultimate Nachos (which comes with all thetoppings) and was given tortilla chips with a 1/4 full cup or what looked and tasted like 3 day old cheese. Disappointed forsure. If 0 was an option I would give it no stars. Placed a mobile order said it would be ready at 1:18pm. The order wasn?t ready... until 1:38pm. When the order was handed to me the bag ripped, so I asked for a new bag. The worker just tied another bag whichripped as well. When I went to check the food all the sandwiches were wrong completely. My jalapeño turkey crunch didn?t comewith the chips, along with spring mix. I also ordered 2 king clubs and they were both wrong. The icing on the cake, I got homethere was a long piece of weave in my tortilla chips. Just an overall horrible experience. I will forever just to the waco drivelocation. Read more
The Savannah Salad is quickly becoming a fave! Perfectly sliced grilled chicken and the dressing is a great complement! The... service was fast and the wait staff very friendly and accommodating. This is a nice stop for lunch! Lots of variety on themenu--- but I'm a salad-for-lunch person, so their choices were perfect! Read more
It was my wife?s day to choose restaurants, which I sometimes dislike because it steers me into unfamiliar and uncharted waters.... As always, she picked a winner! I forgot how much I love French Dip & Rueben sandwiches. I do not remember having a better onein Waco. And I must admit, her salad looked pretty tasty.
