Waited in the drive through for over half an hour because the drive through attendant had to "change her headset battery", drove... to the 2nd window and got told to go back to the 1st to place our order and proceeded to wait another 15 minutes before drivingto a parking space. Inside the building, they forgot and underfilled drinks, the bathrooms were disgusting, the staff wasunsanitary (touching hair), and the food wasn't fresh. Absolutely rude! We waited 30 minutes received no service. We then decided to go to the window and see if the intercom machine... was down and the manager was extremely rude and couldn't tale our order. I will not be coming back to this location. This shouldnever happen. Train your staff better next time. Read more
Denied me ordering food for myself because I was here to pick up a doordash order for someone else. Said I?m not allowed to... order food FOR MYSELF while picking up a order. So y?all would rather us dashers to go hungry no wonder people be stealingorders from this location all the time! Y?all would rather us go hungry and chance you losing out on money because people willsteal the food. Never going to this location again I am ALWAYS HAVING BAD EXPERIENCES HERE. Service was very slow, workers were not concerned about the customers in line only drive thru. Talking about use Mobil system to... order. Everyone doesn't know how to operate it. That's why people use line. Was in line for 20/30 minutes. No help very fewworkers and not friendly at all. Read more
Absolutely the worst customer service there is. Girl taking the orders couldn?t even stay up front to tend to customers she runs... to the back after every order manager sitting there on the phone every couple of orders. Have five people upfront and ain?tnobody doing but playing around. Fries were fresh but burnt and chicken nuggets been sitting for a while. SMH Read more
Food was piping hot! Extremely fresh! Extremely friendly service! Mobile order for pickup including a promo item, and Apple Pay... through the app worked flawlessly! I?m enjoying my points, and in my opinion, McDonald?s has the best value in their pointsystem. Read more
The picture of them bringing your food is a total lie. You have to get up and get it yourself. Not a great service. Fries are... cold right at lunch time. They could do better. Read more
Ordered on the app for pickup. I ordered a McFlurry on the app, but when I came to the store, they said the ice cream machine... was broken so I couldn?t have what I ordered. When I asked for the item to be refunded the employee didn?t know how to. Also doto this they took over 20 minutes to finish my order after I got there because they forgot about it.
