The only reason this receives a one star is simply because i cannot do half or less. This people working here have complete... disrespect towards the customers. My food i received was super cold. Because it was put in a fridge! Maybe because i complainedbefore about items being cold. But this time even my kids toys were cold. Not even in the original happy meal box, all of itwas in one big bag all cold. Restaurant "doesn't do refunds" and refuses to answer phones. I certainly will be getting ahold ofcorporate and will try to have some of those employees retrained. I'm sorry i wasted my time and money on this place but, theycertainly lost a customer today. I hope this helps someone curve their hunger towards another restaurant. Read more

Idk why I come back thinking I'll have a different outcome.. it's not the first time I've been let down by this McDonald's. It's... been pretty consistent. My coffee smelled and tasted burned. They gave me a "new" coffee that wasn't newly brewed. What do youthink the outcome was? Ah, yes, another burned coffee. No.. it couldn't be anything to do with being they're fault. It "must beyour taste buds" or "you just be getting sick" says the, I'm guessing manager?? This is after I had a perfectly good coffeehours before at the other location, just fine. Guess where I'm at now, getting the problem fixed? Yes, the previous location..valley Mills drive. This is the best location. Especially for breakfast. The employees are so nice here. Went at 9:45 pm on 11/13/22 to get a quick snack and went in to use the restroom and order and this is what I was greeted with. ... I immediately was in disbelief and disgusted. I decided I know longer wanted to order due to the sanitation of the restaurant.This is absolutely disgusting. The manager acted like it wasn?t that big of a deal and was laughing and said ?ya ill get someoneright on that? as he walked away and laughed with other coworkers! This is gross Read more

We literally waited for an hour and 20 minutes for 3 happy meals. While my kids screamed in the car. And the the guy that gave... us the food didn't even say a word just gave a rude look and threw the food at us. The ice in the drinks was completely meltedand they were no longer cold. If I could give a zero I would. I ordered a double quarter pound cheeseburger with no onions and no pickles. I got home and it... wasn?t a quarter pound double cheese burger. IT WAS MISSING THE SECOND PATTY!! It was even placed the double quarter pound box.On top of all that it had onions and pickles on it! I will not be returning to this location. Read more

So went in today ordered a double quarter pounder deluxe with no mustard. I bit into it and noticed the second patty wasn?t... there. Went back in the store and politely asked to have it made correctly, I even said just give me a second patty and wheregood. But due to policy I?m guessing they had to remake it. As you can see they were mad for a mistake they made and even forgotthe mayo and overloaded the burger with lettuce. Why are you punishing the customer for you mistake?? If you want your order wrong make sure to go to Franklin they are on point with that. If you want rudeness go to Franklin they... get a 5 star for that! If want no condiments and napkins, but asked for them guess what?? Yes!! FRANKLIN is the place to go. Ifyou call with your concerns and they tell you "so what do you want? I am busy trying to make orders" lol go to Franklin. Theyare so use to their mistakes that they just automatically say what do you want a redo? lol. Just get it right on the first tryand I promise the McDonald's owner would be embarrassed of these fries. I already chunked them out the window for the birdsuntil I forgot about showing a picture.
