The most pathetic nothing bundt cakes location. My partner loves the white chocolate raspberry cake, so for his birthday I... ordered the two tier cake. I always order it the day before so I don't have to run around the day of the party. I get a callfrom them a couple of hours before we had to pick it up, asking if we can change the flavor because they had a bad batch. Iasked if it was better to just grab it the next day so it would be convenient for the both of us. They said okay. The day ofthe party I run to the waco location to pick up the cake and it turns out they closed the store for the day for an urgentemergency. I never got a call before, letting me know they would be closing and it's about to be a week and I still haven't beenrefunded for the cake. I read reviews how this location was horrible before and I gave them a chance. This location needs to beclosed or have new management. Read more

Extremely upset that we ordered a cake for my husbands bday to be picked up today..and were greeted by a note on the door that... said closed due to emergency for rest of the day. No warning.. no call... and already paid for the cake. They think a refundwill fix the party they ruined... when this was specifically requested by my husband. A similar note on the door the previousWednesday when i attempted to get a cake for my daughter. Won't use them again even though we enjoy their cakes due to theunreliable service and no longer have faith in their services. I can't take another chance on an event being ruined. Terrible service. Every time I go in they are out of most things, and very rude. They lack customer service skills. I ordered... two 10?birthday cakes with decorations on 9/24/22. They called me at 9 am on 10/08/22 to tell me they couldn?t make one becausethey were out of the pumpkin. So I asked them to cancel the pumpkin. I called back later that morning after they opened, and wasput on hold for 10 minutes and then hung up on. Called back and was on hold for 6 more minutes before I could even manage to geta word with someone. Just to cancel the whole order. Now I have to find a cake somewhere else for the party which is on10/09/22. Very disappointed with the customer service. Read more

Great moist cakes, however terrible service. We came in and the front clerk told us there was only two cakes left. As we paid,... they brought out more cake and pretty much told us to "have a great day." And dismissed us without answering our questions onthe additional cakes. The experience I have had with employees are short and curt with them not clarifying or answering myquestions. Read more

I love Nothing Bundt Cakes. I live in Phx AZ. When my daughter and family moved to Hewitt was so glad to know there was a NBC... near by. We ordered my daughters wedding cake there, 12 large and a double for cutting. Everytime I visit Waco every 3 monthswe go by and pick up a variety. But every time I call from Phx for a special occasion they mess it up. First of the week Icalled for a 3 cake tower for grand daughters, a celebration. Daughter went in to pick up and they didn't have it. She triedmy name( it was ordered by my full name)her name, type of cakes, colors. Nothing so she bought the cakes herself. When Icalled they found it and it was under my name but then they said she never used my name. Seriously. Everytime they put me onhold they left me for 10 minutes. They remebursed her card and said they would have the tower waiting to be picked up the nextday. She went in and nothing. Seriously. This is crazy. Do not pre order. They can not keep it straight.
