I love Papa John?s but I won?t be ordering from this place again. I order and given a delivery time. But they are using DoorDash... sometimes to deliver the food. DoorDash adds other deliveries to their route and causes my food to be delivered 45 minutes late.I received my food cold and well after the time I expected it! This is the 4th and one of the times my food was never delivered.This is absolutely unacceptable!!! Read more
I made an order about 2 weeks ago to pick up from this papa johns. It was for one of the new pizza bowls, and it was DELICIOUS!!... since I work close by, I knew I'd definitely order this again. On this past Friday, I was too busy to leave, so I ordered fromthem thru doordash.. as soon as I picked up the box, I felt something was off.. it was very lite! When I opened it, the pizzabowl barely covered the bottom of the container. It ended up being about 5 bites of food.. very disappointing, as everyone knowsdoordash is expensive and I was still hungry! Very bad experience ???? It also makes me wonder if they have a habit of doingthat to doordash orders... bad business!! Read more
The people working there were very friendly and fast. It was my first time to be at a Papa John's and I was greatly confused. I... ordered the Little John and was disappointed. It was little and only had lettuce and one piece of meat. The bread was notanything special and was the size of a hot dog bun. For the same price, I would rather have Subway sandwich and have four timesthe amount of food. You could have a choice of a cookie or chips and after choosing the cookie because of its size, I was atleast happy with that. Read more
OK i usually dont complain and i always tip well, but their transition to door dash for delivery is NOT cool. My delivery time... was updated 3 times from 9 min away to 2 min away to 7 min away to 2 min away to 7 min away. i called the driver twice once itsaid it was delivered with no answer and i understand they had trouble finding my apartment but the pizza is barely luke warmand they had a dude driving and i guess his GF riding shotgun. they didnt even get out of the car to bring the food to me and ihad to walk out and get it. it still had the "papa johns seals" on the boxes but only on one side. you can still lift the cornerof the box and access the pizza. it is just in general an unprofessional setup and i dont appreciate it at all. get your acttogether papa john. i also payed cash so id like to know how that money actually made it to door dash or papa johns. I waited an hour and 37 minutes to get one pepperoni pizza,that arrived cold and opened,I called 2 times and the manager... insisted to wait another 15-20 minutes and the manager said he was ?short? on delivery drivers,he should?ve kept the pizzawarm,I honestly think he sat it down on a counter waiting for it to be delivered,I will not buy papa johns from this locationever again. The managers as well as some of the staff are very rude I had a double order and the manager refused to return my money, this is... the second time this location has failed to deliver good customer service. The first time was a COLD pizza now it's the norefund because the pizza was made ???? this location most definitely needs to take some type of customer service training Read more
